Nikolas studied Chemical Engineering back in the ‘90s and continued his studies with an MBA. Entered the FMCG Manufacturing sector with Unilever and then joined Johnson & Johnson, evolving through various Manufacturing & Supply Chain positions. He worked in transforming the Operations of Greek companies (Apivita, Kyknos, Epexyl) and he collaborated with Consulting Firms (Business Elements). In Indeavor he has unlocked his true passion: the mix of Manufacturing Excellence & Digital Transformation, implementing the Indeavor People Operations Platform globally!
